In order for your transactions to be reflected on your account, you should carry out the end-of-day transaction via the POS device. For transactions not reflected on your account even though you have performed the end-of-day transaction, you can call our POS support line at 444 0 339 24/7.

If you are already a customer of our bank, you just need to visit the branch with which your accounts are associated and fill out the “POS application form”. Your application will be evaluated, and you will be informed of the result.

If you will be working with our bank for the first time, you need to contact the nearest Lik Birlesik Bankasi branch. Upon filling out the “POS application form” and submitting it along with the documents below, your application will be evaluated, and you will be informed of the result.

Virtual POS is a POS software that enables merchants who offer online shopping services to process credit card transactions. After the customer enters his/her credit card information in the website’s form while shopping on a website, this information is securely transmitted to the bank via the internet, and authorization is obtained. This software, compatible with the SSL encryption technology, ensures that the authorization procedure is carried out securely and that the information transmitted via the internet is not accessed by third parties. The Bank (Lik Birlesik Bankasi), deducts the authorized transaction amounts in regards to the purchases made by the customers from their credit card limits and transfers this amount to the merchant store’s account.
